We are excited to officially welcome Gloria Roncoroni to Marten Exterkate‘s team!
She will be working on the DC05 project within our MSCA Doctoral Network. Gloria will focus on optimizing the growth of GUVs and investigating various biophysical aspects of lipid synthesis in these synthetic models.
Gloria holds a Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology obtained at the University of Trieste. During her Master’s thesis internship, she worked on mimicking natural plasma membranes using bottom-up approaches.
