We are excited to officially welcome Gloria Roncoroni to Marten Exterkate‘s team!
She will be working on the DC-05 project within our MSCA Doctoral Network. Gloria will focus on optimizing the growth of GUVs and investigating various biophysical aspects of lipid synthesis in these synthetic models.
Gloria holds a Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology obtained at the University of Trieste. During her Master’s thesis internship, she worked on mimicking natural plasma membranes using bottom-up approaches.
